As a Business Development Director - Investments, the successful candidate is responsible for achieving sales targets for individual savings products with the managing general agencies (MGAs) and brokers assigned to their territory. In this role, the Business Development Director must build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and MGAs, while demonstrating a robust client-focused approach.
In addition to possessing in-depth knowledge of individual savings products, the successful candidate must be dynamic, enthusiastic, and have strong problem-solving skills. They will play a key role within the Sales and Marketing team while representing Assumption Life to MGAs and brokers throughout their territory (Quebec).
