Key Responsibilities

- Conduct extensive research and utilize advanced search methodologies to identify passive and active candidates for technology roles.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions and critical skill sets.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.




- Track sourcing activities and report on key metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles.
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
