Skyline seeks a Maintenance Technician in Windsor, Ontario to perform preventative building maintenance for assigned apartment buildings and provide excellent tenant service. Responsibilities include handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting in occupied units, plus logs and inspections.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC equipment, BAS and FAS for Class A residential complexes, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Word/Excel/email. Physical work and ladder use are involved.
