Become the Strategic Change Management Manager at Toromont Cat in Concord and guide transformational initiatives. Collaborate with leaders to foster readiness and effective change.

In this full time role reporting to the Director of Program Management Office (PMO), you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing Toromont’s organizational change efforts. Your expertise will help establish sustainable frameworks and tools essential for driving successful change outcomes across the enterprise.

Leading various strategic initiatives, you will work to enhance employee experience and business values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide change plans
- Foster partnerships to drive leader and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct assessments to identify risks and readiness levels




- Create training and enablement programs for stakeholders
- Support leaders in effective change and communication strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in change management
- Demonstrated capability in leading stakeholder engagement
- Change management certifications such as Prosci or ADKAR preferred
- Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities
