Seed Source in Saskatchewan is seeking a Senior Agronomist to lead agronomic operations, crop health strategies, and field trial programs across seed production and identity-preserved crops. You will serve as a technical mentor to Junior Agronomists and act as a key partner to farm operators and clients.

You will develop crop management plans, oversee soil fertility, rotations, pest protocols, and data collection, while guiding research projects and innovation in our cropping systems.
