Nortex Roofing Ltd. is in search of a Roofing Estimator to join their full-time, on-site team in the Greater Toronto Area. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in commercial and industrial roofing estimation. This role is designed for those with 3-5 years of experience in roofing estimation.

You will be tasked with reviewing tender documents, executing accurate quantity take-offs, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates. The estimator will also work with suppliers on pricing, ensuring that all project specifications are clearly understood. Key Responsibilities:

- Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- Execute detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Prepare thorough bids and project proposals
