Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for growing a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with new and existing customers, assessing coverage needs, preparing quotes, and presenting tailored insurance solutions. This position collaborates with internal teams and insurers to process applications, maintain accurate records, and stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.





Compensation includes attractive base salary, uncapped commission, and bonuses along with health and dental perks. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with the company.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain insurance products clearly and professionally.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services is an asset.
- Valid provincial insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software to document interactions and manage accounts.
- Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, with a proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
