Role Description The Sales Broker is a full-time role responsible for advising clients on insurance products, identifying coverage needs, and recommending tailored solutions. The role includes prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting quotes, and closing sales while maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships.

The Sales

Broker will handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through post-sale support. This is a hybrid position based in Welland, ON,



with a mix of in-office work and some work from home as business needs allow. The role may also involve collaborating with team members, staying current on insurance products and regulations, and participating in training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities independently.
- Relevant licensing or willingness to obtain required insurance broker licenses in Ontario.In office RIBO training available.
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
