Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Representative role is based at Bayview Auto in Belleville, ON.

The Sales

Representative will welcome customers to the dealership, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the selection of used vehicles in a friendly, no-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include presenting vehicle features and benefits, arranging test drives, explaining pricing and warranty options, and supporting customers with financing applications and documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up with leads and past customers,



and contributing to a clean and organized showroom and lot.

The Sales

Representative will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, productive, and positive buying experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, no-pressure sales experience.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience guiding customers through vehicle selection, pricing discussions, and closing sales.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting product features and explaining financing and warranty options.
- Basic financial and administrative skills, including handling paperwork, understanding financing terms, and using dealership systems or CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Belleville, ON, including evenings and weekends as required in a retail automotive environment.
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team collaboration and meeting sales targets ethically and transparently.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, high-volume dealership and standing or moving around the lot for extended periods.
- Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience is an asset; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strongly preferred.
