As ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg continues to grow, we're looking for a Scheduling & Resource Coordinator to help strengthen the communication, coordination, and systems that support our operation.

This role sits at the center of our business, working closely with customers, Project Managers, operational leaders, and field teams to ensure work moves forward efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate daily and forward-looking labour schedules across multiple divisions

- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrival times, delays, and schedule changes

- Help Project Managers, technicians, and customers stay informed and aligned

- Coordinate equipment, vehicles, and operational resources

- Monitor workforce capacity and identify constraints before they impact production

- Own and continuously improve scheduling information within WorkSkedge

- Support workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational reporting





- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational processes

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:

- Customer service

- Scheduling or dispatch

- Service coordination

- Restoration or construction

- Property management

- Operations administration

- Logistics or fleet coordination
