SE Health is seeking a Business Analysis Practice Advisor to define and maintain enterprise BA standards, templates, and tools within the PM/BA Centre of Excellence. You will lead the BA Community of Practice and coach Business Analysts and delivery teams across the organization.

Reporting to the CoE Lead, you will balance enterprise consistency with practical flexibility, shape the BA capability roadmap, and drive continuous improvement through maturity assessments and learning programs.
