- 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Platform Product Owner, or similar role, including at least 3 years supporting infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps teams.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking fundamentals, compute and storage services, and environment provisioning patterns.
- Hands-on familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling – CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management.
- Understanding of Internal Developer Platform concepts – developer portals (e.g., Backstage), service catalogs, golden paths, self-service provisioning, and platform-as-a-product operating models.
- Working knowledge of SecOps and cloud security principles – IAM and least privilege, secrets management, policy-as-code, vulnerability and compliance scanning, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
- Proven ability to translate technical and non-technical stakeholder needs into explicit requirements, process flows,



user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis techniques (BPMN, value-stream mapping, gap analysis) applied to infrastructure and software delivery workflows.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;

experience working in or facilitating platform or infrastructure squads.

- Data-driven approach to measuring platform adoption and developer productivity (e.g., DORA metrics), with proficiency in building dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills; able to bridge infrastructure engineers, developers, testers, security teams, and leadership.
- Experience evaluating vendors and tools and contributing to business cases for platform investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer, CBAP, CKAD, Security+) are an asset.
