Our consumer business client is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (10+ years) to support CI/CD delivery and cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Terraform(533268)

Join a digital delivery team supporting guest experience platforms, PCI compliance initiatives, and operational roadmap objectives within a transportation environment. This role focuses on CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes environments, release coordination, and operational support for production systems. The position supports large-scale digital platforms and critical guest-facing applications in a hybrid Calgary-based environment.

There is potential for long-term opportunity based on performance and budget alignment.

Must Haves

- 10+ years of DevOps experience with Azure
- Designing and maintaining Kubernetes environments with AKS
- Building and deploying Docker containers and Linux administration
- Azure DevOps for continuous integration, testing, and deployment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

- Event Broker administration including Kafka and Azure Event Hub




- Redis caching configuration including Azure Redis
- Dynatrace
- CDN systems including Akamai
- JavaScript (Node.js) and Java programming experience

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for APIs, applications, and platform services
- Develop and improve Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for cloud infrastructure, networking, security controls, and monitoring
- Drive automation across deployments, incident response, environment provisioning, and recovery procedures
- Implement and maintain observability solutions including logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and distributed tracing
- Automate and document troubleshooting and operational runbooks for production services and guest-facing applications
- Participate in a pre/post-hours on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 production workplace
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and change management activities across teams and platforms
