Pegasystems is seeking an accomplished senior delivery executive to join as a Senior Fellow Project Delivery Leader. This role carries the full breadth of delivery leadership on a select number of strategic accounts and engagements: you will directly manage day-to-day delivery of key engagements while also operating at the program and portfolio level – providing executive governance, commercial leadership, and consultative direction that extends beyond individual statements of work. On any given day that means moving between solution and delivery decisions, financial and resourcing calls, project execution, and executive-level client conversations.

You will invest early in learning and aligning on Pega’s platform, delivery approach, and methodology, and then apply your leadership experience to strengthen and accelerate both our client outcomes and our own delivery organization.

What You'll Do At Pega

- Lead delivery across a portfolio of Pega’s most strategic accounts and opportunities, serving as the senior point of delivery accountability and executive escalation
- Directly manage strategic engagements end to end – owning the project plan, team, scope and change control, risks, and financials day to day, and delivering to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and ROI targets
- Establish and lead executive governance – steering committees, executive sponsor relationships, and disciplined program reporting (PSRs, ESDs, forecasts) – earning trusted advisor status with client executives through delivery credibility and strategic counsel
- Provide commercial leadership across complex programs: managing budgets, timelines, and resource decisions, and making investment and trade-off calls against the broader account and portfolio strategy
- Align Pega Consulting motions to broader account plans, providing strategic input and leadership across modernization, agentic,



and AI workloads, and identifying where consulting accelerates the client’s roadmap and Pega’s growth
- Champion and help evolve Pega’s delivery approach and methodology – Blueprint-led, AI-accelerated delivery – advising on how it harmonizes with client methodologies and accelerating projects to value
- Drive value realization governance: defining measurable client outcomes, tracking realized value, and ensuring engagements deliver the expected ROI for both the client and Pega
- Turn project success into lasting operating model change – helping clients mature their Centers of Excellence and build self-sustaining delivery organizations that thrive beyond the Pega engagement
- Lead and mentor delivery teams toward role excellence, striking the appropriate balance of mentorship, coaching, direction, and support for each individual and situation
- Assess teams and delivery processes, creating best-in-team examples and repeatable patterns that lift the capability of the broader delivery organization
- Lead strategic initiatives and programs broader than individual SOWs – cross-project governance, delivery excellence standards, and practice-level improvement programs

Who You Are You are an executive-level delivery leader with a results-driven attitude and a track record of leading complex professional services programs at strategic accounts. You engage and influence naturally at C-level, balancing commercial acumen with a deep commitment to client success and the highest level of integrity. You lead by developing people and raising standards, and you stay close to the work – as comfortable owning a project plan, a financial forecast, or a difficult delivery conversation yourself as you are setting direction for others. You are equally credible in a solution review, a commercial negotiation, and an executive briefing.

You are well versed in enterprise software delivery and design thinking,



energized by the shift to AI-accelerated ways of working, and motivated to learn Pega deeply and then make it better.

What You've Accomplished

- BA/BS Technical Degree (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in professional services and delivery leadership roles, including executive-level program leadership on large, complex enterprise engagements
- Demonstrated executive governance and C-level relationship management at strategic accounts
- Commercial leadership of complex program budgets – forecasting, margin management, resourcing, and investment/trade-off decisions against a broader strategy
- Strategic leadership across modernization, AI, and emerging agentic workloads, with the ability to connect delivery execution to account plans and business outcomes
- Experience building or maturing client Centers of Excellence, delivery operating models, and organizational change
- A record of mentoring senior delivery talent and driving organizational improvement through assessment, coaching, and best-practice examples
- A sustained record of managing complex engagements directly – plans, teams, financials, governance, and client relationships – with the technical fluency to guide solution decisions and engage architects and client technologists credibly
- Deep command of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery approaches (Scrum certification preferred), and specialization in one or more industry verticals

Additional Information Base salary range for this role is 240,700 - 290,700 CAD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as advantages and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
