Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Senior Designer-Developer with 6–8 years of software development experience to support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, application maintenance, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to maintain existing applications, deliver enhancements, and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications.
- Develop and support both frontend and backend components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and production bugs.
- Perform application maintenance and provide ongoing developer support.
- Develop new features and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Work with QA teams for testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, application support, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skills




- 6–8 years of overall software development experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong frontend and backend development experience.
- Experience with application development, debugging, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience resolving production issues and application defects.
- Good understanding of software development and support processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience working in an application maintenance/support workplace.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience working with development, QA, and business teams

Technical Skills
- Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular.
- Backend: Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Node.js.
- API: REST APIs, Microservices.
- Database: SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle/MySQL.
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Git, Docker, CI/CD.
- Tools: JIRA, Jenkins; Agile/Scrum.
