In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing consumer bankruptcy files and guiding your team in effective asset recovery strategies. Engage collaboratively with debtors, creditors, and the Courts while contributing to BDO’s culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate consumer bankruptcy files • Advise clients on bankruptcy laws and practices • Supervise team members and assign projects • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Assist in managing court files and fee taxation

Requirements: • Robust understanding of insolvency rules and procedures • Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee needed • CIRP qualification preferred • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands • Must be willing to travel to support multiple locations
