Senior Solutions Designer – Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Designer with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs for complex enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience developing Business Design Documents, Functional Design Documents, functional/non-functional requirements, application flows, use cases, and business rules is required.

Strong knowledge of Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation, application architecture, screen flows, CRUD matrices, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes is highly valued.

Experience with UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, personas, journey maps, Figma/Adobe XD,



WCAG and AODA accessibility is required.

Candidates should have experience creating business architecture artefacts, QA plans, test cases, UAT strategies, scenarios and test documentation.

Experience with change management, RUP, risk identification, solution analysis, and enterprise application design is highly desirable.

Experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and Public Sector Transfer Payment/Grant models will be an asset.

Robust communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills are essential, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams.
