Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficient time management, and a passion for hospitality.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations,



and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or special requests with professionalism

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience with food handling, serving, and hospitality operations is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent guest services skills
