They are seeking an experienced automotive leader to oversee their Service Department and lead a long-standing team of service professionals.

This is an opportunity for a proven Service Manager, Service Director, Fixed Operations leader, or experienced Senior Service Advisor ready to take the next step into leadership.

The Opportunity

Reporting to dealership leadership, the Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, with responsibility for team leadership, customer satisfaction, workflow, productivity, and overall department performance.

The successful candidate will join an established operation with a strong existing team and a culture focused on accountability, coaching, employee development, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Service Department operations

Coach, develop, and support Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff

Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor sales, gross profit, technician efficiency, productivity, and customer retention

Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and manufacturer CSI results

Manage workflow, shop capacity, scheduling, and department profitability

Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty, service,



and operational standards

Build strong relationships with customers and employees

Work closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership to support overall business objectives

Identify opportunities to grow service revenue and improve customer retention

Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative department culture

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Manager, Service Director, Fixed Operations Manager, or Senior Service Advisor with demonstrated leadership experience

Strong understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics

Experience leading and developing service teams

Solid customer service and conflict-resolution skills A coaching-oriented leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop employees

Strong business acumen and organizational skills

Automotive dealership experience is important; fixed operations experience is an asset A valid driver's license and clean driving record

$105,000 to $120,000+ total earning potential, based on experience and performance
