Join a long-term contract opportunity supporting IT Service Management initiatives within a banking environment. This role focuses on ServiceNow administration, system integration, application development, troubleshooting, and code deployment across multiple ServiceNow instances. The team supports critical service availability initiatives and requires participation in off-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.

Contract, Hybrid, 2 days for now, this could change at any time to 4 days.

- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator
- CSA certification
- ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Post-secondary education

Nice to Have
- Banking experience
- ITIL 4

Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT Service Management solutions following established policies and standards
- Provide technical leadership in system integration and application development
- Work with clients, project managers, and systems management teams to define scope of work and provide cost and schedule estimates
- Review internal artifacts and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with solution requirements
- Lead and contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews for IT Service Management solutions
- Troubleshoot production and test issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead resolution efforts
- Perform code deployments across 15 ServiceNow instances and provide off-hours maintenance and 24x7 support
