Job Overview:

The Tube Park Event Supervisor will lead an energetic and enthusiastic team promoting Snow Tubing at local festivals and events across the region. The Supervisor is responsible for operating a company pickup truck and towing a utility trailer to and from events. At each event, the Supervisor will guide and work alongside a dedicated team operating a small interactive snow tubing slide. Events can be busy, with large crowds and many children using the slide. Delivering Snow Valley’s goals and messaging with a positive attitude is essential. The interactive slide operates in all weather conditions, so an enjoyment of being outdoors is necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to communicate in a skilled manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff and address performance shortfalls when they occur.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Possesses a valid G driver’s license in good standing.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for company vehicle insurance.
- Experience operating a pickup truck with a large utility trailer.
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
