Social Media Content Creator – Hockey Athlete Brand

Location: Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Vaughan, and surrounding areas preferred

Job type: Independent contractor

Schedule: Flexible, including some evenings and weekends

We’re looking for a content creator to help share a young hockey player’s journey on Instagram and TikTok. Ideally, you’re local and can attend games and practices to film content. We also welcome remote applicants who can edit provided footage, create Reels, and help manage the accounts.

What you’ll do

- Film games, practices, and behind-the-scenes moments if you’re local
- Edit footage into Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
- Create posts, Stories, and captions
- Plan content that highlights the athlete’s progress, personality, and love of hockey




- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and grow the accounts

What we’re looking for

- Experience creating and editing short-form video
- A portfolio or examples of Reels or TikTok content
- An interest in hockey or youth sports
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Availability for some evenings or weekends if attending hockey activities in person
