About the Role

ICEEFT is looking for a Social Media & Video Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Creative Director to keep our social channels active, on-brand, and genuinely engaging -- with a strong focus on short-form video.

You live and breathe reels: filming, editing, captioning, and turning long-form footage -- speaker interviews, training recordings -- into short-form content that performs. You're comfortable pulling from ICEEFT's existing content library as well as identifying what's missing and needs to be shot. You know how to coach a subject-matter expert who's never filmed themselves before into usable footage, and you can turn a campaign brief into a content calendar without much hand-holding.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager, with close day-to-day collaboration with the Creative Director on visual and brand standards. ICEEFT is growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with it -- there's real room for this role to expand as our marketing program does.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

- Edit short-form video -- reels and similar formats -- from raw footage, including long-form speaker interviews and training recordings, into polished, on-brand pieces.




- Film original content as needed, and coach trainers, clinicians, and team members on how to film themselves for reels.
- Write clear, on-brand captions and hooks that translate EFT and attachment-science concepts for both clinicians and the public, with care around mental-health framing.
- Design supporting graphics in Canva, working within existing brand templates and resizing per platform.

Content Strategy & Campaign Support

- Mine ICEEFT's existing content library (Airtable) for assets that fit a given campaign, and flag where new content needs to be created.
- Build and maintain content calendars with the Marketing Manager, keeping a consistent posting cadence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust the content approach based on what's actually working.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and moderation on social channels.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing Lead on campaign priorities and messaging, and with the Creative Director on visual and brand consistency.
- Turn content around quickly, manage several projects at once, and work well within a small, fast-moving team.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience editing short-form video for social platforms (reels, TikTok, Stories) -- a portfolio or sample reel is required with your application.
- Strong Canva skills and comfort working within brand guidelines and templates.
- Excellent writing skills,



with the ability to produce clear, on-brand copy quickly.
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later) and platform norms for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Comfort reading basic analytics and adjusting content based on performance.
- Good judgment representing psychology and mental-health content responsibly, including discretion with sensitive or clinician-submitted material.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience filming and/or coaching non-skilled talent (clinicians, trainers) on shooting their own footage.
- Familiarity with mobile/lightweight editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar).
- Working knowledge of video accessibility basics (captioning, contrast).
- Basic awareness of music and stock-footage licensing for social content.
- Interest in or familiarity with Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment science, or the mental health/non-profit sector.
- Experience working with a shared content library or DAM system (Airtable or similar).
