We are looking for a creative, confident, and outgoing Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our growing wellness clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who understands social media, loves creating engaging videos, and is comfortable being on camera. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create content that gets attention, and help turn social media engagement into real appointments and business growth.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content
- Plan and film short-form videos, Reels and TikToks
- Be comfortable appearing in videos and representing the brand
- Develop creative content ideas around our services, promotions and wellness treatments
- Film behind-the-scenes content, educational videos, trends and promotional videos
- Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action
- Keep up with current social media trends, sounds and formats
- Manage and maintain our social media presence
- Respond professionally to comments and basic social media inquiries
- Help promote services, special offers and campaigns
- Track content performance and identify what is generating engagement and bookings
- Work with the team to develop recent marketing ideas

- Social-media savvy and understands what makes people stop scrolling
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Able to create professional content using a smartphone
- Strong in communication and writing
- Organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the business professionally
- Interested in marketing, sales and growing a local business

- Basic photography/video editing
- Social media analytics

This is not a position for someone who only wants to schedule posts.

We want someone who can think creatively, come up with ideas, get in front of the camera, create engaging content and actively contribute to our marketing growth.

Previous experience creating content for a clinic, wellness, beauty, fitness or local business is an asset.
