About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for customers and delivery teams.

This role focuses on solution guidance, architectural reviews, technical impact assessment, and customer engagement rather than hands-on development or building architectures from scratch. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to SDMs, Technical Leads, and customers, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards, platform capabilities, and best practices.

The role serves as a key bridge between customers, delivery teams, and product teams, supporting technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will be doing:

Customer & Delivery Advisory

- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal delivery teams.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture review sessions.
- Support customer-facing conversations related to Change Requests (CRs), enhancements, integrations, and technical challenges.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex platform-related issues.

Solution Review & Architectural Guidance

- Review proposed solution designs and architectural changes to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to SDMs and Technical Leads.
- Assess technical impacts, dependencies, implementation risks, and upgrade considerations.
- Review CRs, Statements of Work (SOWs), technical proposals, and design documents from a technical and architectural perspective.

Platform & Technical Expertise

- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of enterprise application architecture, platform capabilities, and product functionalities.
- Understand technical differences across product versions and evaluate their impact on implementations and upgrades.




- Assess package deployments, merges, upgrade paths, and customization impacts.
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, configuration options, and technical constraints.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with Product Management, SDMs, Technical Leads, and Delivery Managers.
- Support teams in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and technical governance.

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, technical consulting, or related roles.
- Strong .NET development background with a solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and layered application design.
- Experience evaluating technical solutions, architectural changes, integrations, and customization impacts.
- Ability to review technical designs and provide practical guidance to development and delivery teams.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within customer-facing project environments and distributed teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience in banking, digital banking, or financial services projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise software products and large-scale implementations.
- Experience with software upgrades, package deployments, and product customizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and modern application deployment practices.
- Experience participating in architecture review boards or technical governance activities.
