WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Blue Mountain is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help tell the story of Ontario's most iconic four-season resort. From first tracks on a powder day to summer adventures, festivals, events, and behind-the-scenes moments, you'll be the creative force bringing the mountain experience to life across our digital channels. This is more than a social media job. It's a chance to create content where people make memories.

- Capturing, producing, and editing engaging photo and video content that showcase the Blue Mountain experience across social media, web, email, and digital marketing channels.
- Creating compelling written and visual content that brings the resort to life, highlights seasonal experiences, and supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Administering Blue Mountain's social media channels, engaging with our online community, monitoring trends, and creating platform-specific content that resonates with guests and followers.
- Supporting media and influencer partnerships by coordinating visits, creating content opportunities, managing logistics, and helping generate meaningful coverage of the resort.




- Developing and maintaining content calendars, coordinating photo and video shoots, attending events and activations, and ensuring a steady stream of fresh, engaging content year-round.
- Monitoring content performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and staying current on emerging social media, SEO, AI search, and digital marketing trends.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media, content creation or marketing communications
- Experience shooting and creating native organic content using in-app effects, editing tools, and customizing content to fit each platform
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with robust social copywriting, long-form writing and exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of paid social advertising and emerging AI-driven search (SEO/GEO) fundamentals
- The ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level minimum, including while carrying camera equipment
- This role is being posted to fill a vacant position
