The Company is in search of a Vice President for Player Growth and Experience to join its Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role is focused on leading the organization's end-to-end player growth agenda, with a strong emphasis on redefining how it engages with its customer base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the company, particularly in the transition from a retail-based model to a connected omnichannel ecosystem. This includes overseeing product strategy, digital experience, retail, marketing, and omnichannel performance to ensure a cohesive and enterprise-wide vision.
