Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high-volume recruitment processes for client requirements
- Manage job postings and candidate submissions
- Conduct resume reviews and pre-screen candidates




- Collaborate in interview processes and decision-making
- Source candidates using Linked In, Indeed, and ATS

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of recruitment expertise, emphasizing industrial trades
- Strong sourcing platforms and recruitment marketing knowledge
- Effective communication with operational leaders
- Experience with the complete recruitment cycle
- ICIMs familiarity is an asset
