MITT seeks a Student Support and Retention Worker for the MITT Adult Learning Centres in office in Winnipeg. This 35-hour-per-week role starts ASAP and helps students overcome obstacles to achieve academic and employment goals.
You will listen, mentor, refer to social services, maintain confidential student files, monitor progress, promote attendance, and collaborate with Education Directors, Lead Teachers and external partners to ensure student success and smooth transitions after the program.
