Elevate the living experience at Sunshine Village by taking on the role of Staff Accommodation Assistant Supervisor. This position involves leadership and effective stakeholder engagement. As the Staff Accommodation Assistant Supervisor, you will facilitate the daily operations and services for staff accommodation, directly impacting residents' experiences.

This includes scheduling duties, conducting room inspections, and collaborating with various departments to resolve tenant issues. You will also promote a respectful atmosphere conducive to both living and working at the resort. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead scheduling and task allocation for accommodation services
- Conduct room inspections upon tenant arrival and departure




- Maintain a respectful and professional work workplace
- Oversee cleanliness and safety standards
- Develop the Resident Advisor program collaboratively Requirements:
- Proven two years of experience in accommodation or tourism
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
