- Provide hiring managers with thoughtful candidate assessments, talent market insights, and practical guidance on recruitment practices and selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records, candidate information, process documentation, and reporting in Workday and other recruitment tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reporting, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience through data, stakeholder feedback, and market insights, while supporting broader Talent & Culture initiatives and projects as needed.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; CRHA designation is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) Talent Acquisition, including independent ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and selection decisions.
- Experience recruiting technology professionals is strongly preferred; experience in financial services or another complex, professional environment is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities,
manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and deliver high-quality outcomes with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong advisory and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to guide hiring managers, provide meaningful candidate insights, and constructively influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, given the international nature of the role.
