Are you an experienced Azure Data Engineer who enjoys solving complex data challenges and taking technical ownership of enterprise-scale platforms?

We’re looking for a Technical Lead – Azure Databricks Engineer with 8–10 years of Data Engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, ADF, and up-to-date data architecture.

? What we’re looking for

✅ Deep hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks

✅ Strong Python, PySpark & SQL programming

✅ Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL/data pipeline orchestration

✅ Unity Catalog for governance, security, lineage & access control

✅ Strong understanding of Apache Spark internals and performance tuning

✅ Databricks performance,



compute & cost optimization

✅ Experience with Delta Lake, ADLS, Synapse & Azure SQL

✅ Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design & data warehousing

✅ Ability to architect Databricks environments and define pipeline/data modeling strategies

✅ Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership

? What you’ll do

You’ll lead the design and implementation of scalable Azure Databricks data platforms, optimize large-scale data pipelines, establish Databricks best practices, implement governance through Unity Catalog, and mentor engineers while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
