Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate

Ottawa, ON (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite/Week)

We are seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate to support its cutting-edge End-to-End Software Diagnostics & Observability Initiative. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of AI/ML, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and next-generation software-defined vehicles.

What You'll Do

- Drive system requirements, workflows, and integration for AI-powered vehicle diagnostics solutions.
- Collaborate with embedded, cloud, data, and AI/ML teams to improve fault detection and root-cause analysis.
- Support development of intelligent diagnostic workflows, observability systems, and AI-assisted decision-making tools.
- Participate in system integration, testing, issue resolution, and technical program coordination.
- Communicate technical insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Embedded Software, or related areas.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience gathering requirements, defining system architecture, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- AI/ML, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent reasoning systems.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, GitHub, CI/CD.
- Java, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Vertex AI, Big Query.
- Experience with diagnostics, observability, connected vehicles, or embedded systems.
