If you become a Strategic Tooling Coordinators, your responsibilities will be to manage the budget and forecasts, and to manage or participate in special tooling projects.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

- Manage the commissioning of tooling equipment
- Preparing forecasts (Forecast I, II, and III)
- Preparing monthly reports (Improvements 2 & 3, CSSL, KPIs)
- Facilitating the department's ePPS (problem solving)
- Preparing CAPEX and Small CAPEX requests
- Managing improvements to various tooling systems and the programmer
- Managing the budget and preparing invoices
- Creating data analyses
- Creating general departmental communications at all levels




- Replacing the department head in interdepartmental meetings as needed
- Other related tasks requested by the department head

The ideal candidate :
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Access) and G Suite (Google Sheets, Forms, Slides, Docs)
- General knowledge of the aeronautics industry
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Demonstrate team spirit, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team as you will be required to collaborate with other colleagues (Methods Agents, Supervisors, Finance, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively in public in French and English.
- Ability to work under pressure when required.
