Truck Driver
Summary: Under the supervision of Logistics Supervisor, the incumbent will drive commercial trucks for local and cross-border deliveries and perform all the required tasks to prepare loads for shipping.
Job Terms: Permanent, Full Time. Day shift.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments, as required
- Prepare local and international shipments
- Perform local and cross-border deliveries
- Perform general labour tasks in the shop, as required
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping work area
- Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Possession of a valid category DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
3+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle is preferred
Possession of a valid passport
Familiarity in dealing with customs paperwork
Ability to work flexible schedule
Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail
