In this role, you help National Bank Financial, Wealth Management stand out by providing exceptional customer service to have a long-term positive impact on our clients.
Your job
- Support the team in providing superior customer service and be available to meet client requests
- Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions (e.g., purchases and sales of securities, necessary transaction adjustments)
- Carry out deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure diligent follow-up
- Analyze, open, and update client files
- Carry out the administrative management of client files by managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings
- Draft and send client communications
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
- Your team In the Exclusive Remote Advisory Services team, you are part of a direct team of eleven colleagues, a large team of some fifty colleagues, and you report to Senior Manager, Exclusive Remote Advisory Service (ERAS). The virtual branch of Exclusive Remote Advisory Services is available to our client Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), and the team is physically in the office three days a week.
Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content to support your ongoing learning. You’ll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.
Prerequisites
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) courses
- Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
- Two years of relevant experience in the banking (“back office”), insurance,
and/or financial industry (asset)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
