This role, reporting to the Senior Manager, is responsible for managing the operational safety audit program and developing comprehensive engagement plans.

You'll lead audits, oversee IOSA certification, and coordinate with various departments to address operational deficiencies. Your leadership in implementing safety practices is crucial for enhancing the airline's performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company-wide operational safety audit planning and execution
- Create audit engagement plans with business unit input
- Oversee IOSA certification and implementation of safety standards




- Report safety issues to executive leadership
- Conduct training for operational auditors and oversee their performance Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of audit or airline operational experience
- Relevant training in auditing and IOSA standards
- Knowledge of aviation compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
