Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Wholegood Order Fulfillment Coordinator for our Regina, SK location.

This position is responsible for supporting designated Brandt Tractor Branches in all aspects of inventory control and inventory management. Key aspects include assigning stock to sales and rentals, leveling wholegood inventory across the divisions of responsibility, placement of orders to various vendors, PO processing, coding, and supporting general inventory related questions from the branches.

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Order Placement:
- Place orders with vendors to ensure accurate and timely procurement of required materials.
- Maintain detailed order records to support visibility, accuracy, and efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with vendors on order change requests to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity.
- Develop and manage day-to-day logistics for supply chain teams to optimize workflow and ensure on-time delivery.

- Production Coordination:

- Coordinate with production supervisors to plan and organize product runs.




- Collaborate with production coordinators to synchronize production schedules across departments.
- Prepare and maintain reports and data for multiple production department stakeholders.

- Assignments of machines to Branch Sales and Rentals:

- Enforce the assignment policy in place to maintain accurate inventory availability detail.
- Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments.
- Report sales details to senior leadership teams.

- Inventory record maintenance:

- Use Record 360 program to keep accurate inventory records.
- Machine details maintenance – hours, location, notes, specs.
- Training and support for the Record 360 system.

- Inventory creation:

- Match vendor invoices to PO’s.
- GL coding knowledge for various products.
- Creation of new inventory records in business systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Robust communication skills, both written and oral.

- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge and experience within ERP systems.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline considered an asset
