Support children’s growth and development as a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator at YMCA Dickinsfield in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time on-site position is crucial to enhancing the learning environment for kids 0-12. In this engaging role, you will implement YMCA’s childhood curriculum while facilitating activities that promote social and cognitive growth.

You will observe and document children’s behaviors to encourage tailored learning experiences, while ensuring the environment adheres to safety regulations. Establishing solid communication with parents is essential to fostering community relationships. Key Responsibilities:
