The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Project EngineerLocation: Windsor, ON - OnsiteWhat's the Job?- Coordinate, schedule, and track battery testing activities across the facility to support product development goals.- Manage battery pack and cell test requests, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.- Develop and maintain test schedules and capacity forecasts aligned with project milestones.- Monitor testing throughput, equipment utilization, and resolve operational issues promptly.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies,
