Job Overview

We are looking for an early-career Rollout / Implementation Specialist to support pharmacy store teams across Quebec as they transition to a new application.

In this role, you will provide hands-on implementation support, user training, and system validation to help pharmacy teams successfully adopt the new technology.

You will work closely with store teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth application rollout at each location.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pharmacy store teams during the rollout of a new application.
- Provide hands-on implementation and onboarding support.
- Train and coach end users on new processes and technology.
- Perform application validation and assist users during implementation.
- Work with operations and technical support teams to resolve issues.
- Help ensure users are comfortable and fully operational on the new system.
- Travel to client locations throughout Quebec to support rollout activities.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while working with pharmacy teams.

Required Qualifications

- 0–4 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in both French and English, with solid verbal and written communication skills. French proficiency is particularly important.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.




- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Quebec — approximately 80% travel.
- Strong interest in training, coaching, and helping users adopt new processes and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Compensation & Assignment

Salary: Up to CA$67,000 annually
