We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer inquiries, provide local recommendations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. As a self check-in hotel, you will also provide support to guests remotely and in person when needed.
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
Respond to guest requests by messaging
Troubleshoot self check-in and hotel access issues
Maintain excellent guest service and communication
Must be bilingual in English & French
Must be available Saturday + Sunday’s afternoon shift
