To craft and serve high-quality beverages that reflect SANA’s ethos of wellness and connection, while maintaining a professional, guest-focused environment at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to SANA’s recipe and presentation standards.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all drinks served.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with sanitation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate product, and communicate supply needs to the Bar Lead or management.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including accurate prep and inventory logs.
- Create a welcoming, mindful guest experience in line with SANA’s hospitality philosophy.
- Communicate effectively with bar team, kitchen staff, and hosts to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain full knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients and seasonal changes.
- Follow Smart Serve standards and uphold all food and beverage service regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, mindfulness, and guest care at all times.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety,



and bar organization.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of bartending, barista, or beverage preparation experience.
- Knowledge of or interest in wellness-focused and functional ingredients.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
- Smart Serve certification required

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (stock, equipment, etc.).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment while staying mindful of SANA's environment
