We are a small manufacturing laboratory located in Scarborough (401 and Markham) and looking to hire a motivated individual full time to join our Production Team! All training will be provided to qualified applicants with an opportunity to earn pay raises and bonuses based on your experience and production efficiencies. We're looking for applicants who are a close commute to our location and no weekend work is required!
Duties And Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Read and follow design specs
- Comfortable handling and applying industrial glue
- Operate grinders and/or bench grinders to finish products
- Perform quality checks on outgoing product
- Prepare manufacturing materials related to production
- Reach daily goals for orders completed with efficiency and accuracy
- Miscellaneous production support tasks
Qualifications
- Able to understand oral and written instructions in English
- High attention to detail
- Self-management with minimal supervision
- Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
Working Conditions
- Comfortable standing during your shift
- Working around machinery
- Comfortable working with industrial glue
