Shipper & Receiver
looking for a stable day shift with a growing company? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent daytime hours and the potential to move into a permanent position following successful completion of the probationary period.

What You'll Do
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying product quantities and documentation accuracyCreate pick lists and coordinate order preparationPrepare outgoing shipments to customer and company standardsComplete shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, placards, MPLs, and system transactionsSafely load and unload trucksOperate forklifts, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipmentTroubleshoot shipping, receiving, and documentation discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory and shipping recordsKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safetyPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications




High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years of shipping and receiving experienceExperience working in a regulated industry is considered an assetValid forklift certification or in house trainingExperience operating forklifts and other material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and emailExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to provide a clear criminal background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and crouching throughout the shiftAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsFlexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
