Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor, LPN to provide clinical and operational leadership within a senior living and assisted living environment.

This role is ideal for a nurse leader who enjoys supporting teams, maintaining high standards of resident care, and working collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a culturally diverse community and supporting residents and families who may communicate primarily in a language other than English.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and oversee onboarding and ongoing competencies.
- Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor clinical documentation, EHR accuracy, and nursing standards.
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns and manage escalated situations professionally.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor medical supplies, equipment, overtime, and other operational resources.
- Investigate clinical or medication incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on resident safety, care quality,



and outcomes.
- Ensure nursing practices comply with BC regulatory and professional standards.

What You Bring

- Current practicing registration with BCCNM in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of BC nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse role is highly preferred.
- Robust clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and respond effectively to challenging situations.
- A collaborative, compassionate, and resident-focused approach.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
