Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team in Canada. Based in Edmonton, this role is vital in ensuring our luxury properties remain in pristine condition, supporting our mission to offer stunning and memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on luxury rental properties to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or management.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the property management team to schedule repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of properties for new guests.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience working in luxury property management or hospitality industry.
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
