Lead generated and qualified by Home Depot and A Plus Air Systems Digital marketing platform covering Milton, Oakville, and Burlington Area.

- Meet with residential customers to assess heating and cooling needs
- Recommend suitable HVAC solutions including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain financing and rebate options to customers
- Coordinate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project completion
- Generate recent business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach at all times.
- build a common ground and robust relation with Home Depot assosiate and provide product knolegde to them.

Qualifications

- Previous HVAC sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and products




- Self-motivated with strong closing abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
- Experience with CRM or field service software is an asset

Experience

- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Proven ability in upselling and influencing purchasing decisions
- Basic math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and transaction calculations
- Organizational skills to plan routes, manage time effectively, and keep detailed record
