CONG CAPHE is a fast-growing Vietnamese coffee brand. We are hiring Barista / Cafe Associates who are passionate about coffee and exceptional service.

Role Summary

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while sharing Vietnamese coffee culture. Creating a positive guest experience is a major requirement — every drink must be served with care and the goal of putting a smile on every customer’s face.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare beverages and menu items to company standards
- Deliver warm, friendly, and consistent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Previous barista experience is required
- Vietnamese and English required
- Friendly,



welcoming personality and strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Versatile availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Certification

- Food Handler Certification preferred
