We’re a locally owned and growing cleaning company serving Cranbrook and Kimberley, and we’re looking for dependable people to join our team as Residential Cleaners / House Cleaners.

Our clients trust us in their homes, often for years at a time. Because of that, we care just as much about the person behind the clean as we do the cleaning itself. We’re looking for people who are reliable, kind, detail-oriented and genuinely take pride in doing good work.

We have part-time and full-time cleaning positions available, with schedules that can work well for parents, students, people looking for consistent daytime hours, or anyone wanting active, independent work.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

You’ll travel between client homes in Cranbrook and Kimberley, completing scheduled residential cleaning services either independently or alongside another member of our team.

Your day may include:

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing
- Following Neatology cleaning systems and checklists
- Working independently and managing your time
- Occasionally working alongside another cleaner for larger jobs
- Driving between client homes throughout your shift
- Making sure clients come home to a space that feels noticeably clean

It’s physical work. You’ll be moving, bending, lifting, kneeling and on your feet throughout your shift.

Who Does Well at Neatology

Cleaning experience is great, but it is not required. We provide paid training and teach you our cleaning systems from day one.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

- Shows up when they say they will
- Notices the details other people might miss
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Is friendly, respectful and professional in clients’ homes
- Takes feedback well and wants to improve
- Is physically comfortable with an active cleaning job
- Wants a reliable, long-term position with a growing local company

We can teach someone how we clean.

Reliability, work ethic and caring about the end result are much harder to teach.

Requirements

You must have:

- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- A reliable vehicle to travel between client homes
- The ability to comfortably communicate in English
- Eligibility to work in Canada

A vehicle is required for this position. Our cleaners travel between multiple client homes throughout their shifts.

Available Shift Options

We build our schedules in advance and currently have opportunities across several shift types:

- Full Days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Morning Shifts: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon Shifts: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Early Morning Shifts: 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Availability does not need to include every shift type.
